"I called my State Farm's office to increase my coverage because I was going to be traveling and wanted to make sure I had good coverage that would be helpful when I got rental vehicles. Crystal at Christie Kennett's office answered my questions and clarified what different aspects of insurance do so I could tailor my policy to what I needed and not pay for services I wouldn't really need. I ended up getting coverage that would be much better and less expensive than the car rental counter's supplemental insurance."

"Although after many years i had to leave State Farm, the service provided was amazing! State Farm no longer carry rental insurance. Crystal went above and beyond and referred me to a new company with very competitive rates that matched my current policy and even helped set up the account. She was patient and smiling even when my partner wanted to rant and vent. so even in departing and moving our policy to another company she made sure to take excellent care of my account. State Farm is blessed to have her! Thank you Crystal! You stayed calm, understanding, and smiled throughout the process. Excellent customer service!!"

"WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Crystal really made the switch from Progressive to State Farm so easy for me. I had so many questions and she had all the answers. "I’ve been a State Farm customer for many, many years. Today I talked to David at my local office to get an explanation of why my rate went up so much. I was hoping it was a mistake but unfortunately there are many logical reasons why rates have increased and I felt better understanding them.
